Yes. For service calls under four hours, we charge a $125 dispatch fee to cover travel, vehicle costs, and coordination. For longer jobs, only crew drive time is billed.

We typically book 1–2 weeks out, depending on the season. For urgent needs, we do our best to accommodate same-week service when possible.
